Create a Post Slider

You can create a slider from your posts simply by creating a post slider. It uses the images and texts related to the post.
You need to click on Create New Slider then from the types, select Post Slider and click CREATE.

The figure below shows it on Master Slider panel.

Configuring Post Settings

You can set these options to achieve what and how you want your post slider to be. These options are described below.

Post type

It shows the list of your available post types which you can choose from.

(info) You can also select page

CategoriesIt shows the available categories for your selected post type that you can choose from.
TagsIt shows the available tags for your selected post type that you can choose from.
Exclude posts 

Enter the (post/page)'s ID that you don't want to fetch in slider

(info)  You need to separate the (post/page)'s IDs by comma . For instance : 53,34,87,25.

Include posts 

Enter the (post/page)'s ID that you want to fetch in slider

(info)  You need to separate the (post/page)'s IDs by comma . For instance : 53,34,87,25.

Posts numberSet the number of (posts/pages) that you want to have in post slider.
Excerpt lengthSet the excerpt length for your (posts/pages) in post slider.
Number of first results to skip (offset)Set the number of posts that you don't want to have in post slider, for example 3 ignores the first three (posts/pages).
Link slides to post's pageEnable the post slider links, when user clicks on the slide it goes to its post page.

Order of Post Slider

In this part you can arrange the order of post slides.

DateArrange the post slides based on the post's published date.
TitleArrange the post slides based on their titles.
IDArrange the post slides based on their ID.
RandomArrange the post slides randomly.
CommentsArrange the post slides based on number of their comments.
Date ModifiedArrange the post slides based on post modified date.
AuthorArrange the post slides based on post's author name.
(info) You can set the order to Descending/Ascending by using  Order direction.

in this part you can choose the type of images in the post slider.

Auto Select 

It selects the featured image. If a featured image does not exist , it selects the first image in the post

Featured Image Post slider uses featured image of posts
First Image in Post Post slider uses first image of posts
Custom Image Post slider gives you an option to add image for posts
None Post slider does not select image for posts.

Posts Preview

It shows you the selected posts based on your selected preferences.

 

Adding extra content to Post Slider

You could simply add all types of layers to a post slide.  The only difference is on text layer . There is a new option to help you add post text contents easily. 

Insert dynamic content

You can simply add text layer on each slide and add the content dynamically by using "Insert dynamic content".
There are a lot of options to help you add any related post information to slide as described below.
